O'AKA, MERCHANT EXTRAORDINAIRE :

The secret for O'Aka is this, since his prices are very high if you don't loan him up with Gil, I suggest you take time to loan him since you will have major discounts by the end of the game. You can loan O'Aka with money at two locations :
S.S. Liki, S.S. Winno, Dock 1, Luca and Mi'Ihen Highroad are where you need to loan money to him and if you want a discount, you will need to give him more than 10,000 Gil.
If you loan him with that money, you will have a discount of 30 % of the standard price found in Shops! Anyway, I won't list the shops for him since you can find him almost everywhere in the game and I talked about him in the Walkthrough, so that's about it.
